2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided online, by phone, or by email are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory, time, distance, and additional services requested. We do not charge hidden fees and will communicate any changes before proceeding.

3. Booking & Cancellations

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may forfeit the deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability & Insurance

We carry standard carrier liability coverage as required by California law. Basic liability coverage is provided at no extra charge. Additional insurance options are available and should be requested prior to your move. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing damaged items or items not packed by our team.

5. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable food, live animals, or illegal items. You are responsible for disclosing all items prior to the move.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, scrape, or interfere with the website's functionality. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any portion of the site at any time.
